This delightful 300 year old small fisherman cottage is set over three floors and is full of character. ground floor small open plan kitchen/living area, 1st floor has main bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet and basin, opposite is a unique quirky toilet (no wash basin) then you have a double bedroom with open wardrobe and a seated window area, then open stairs lead to the master bedroom with double bed amply storage and seated window area. 

Enter the cottage straight into the beautifully furnished open living area and sense the cosy, comfortable feeling that is felt throughout.

With a wood burner warming the whole room on the cooler evenings this makes the cottage ideal for stays throughout the year.

Step outside straight onto the narrow winding streets lined with many gift shops, craft workshops, galleries and historic tradional pubs,  immediately you will enjoy and experience what makes Mevagissey such a popular and loved destination.

Within 2 minutes walk you will find yourself in the inner harbour, with a mixture of privately owned, charter and fishing boats, restaurants, cafes and fish and chips.

With so many leading attractions such as the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan so close by as well as several fishing villages, small coves, coastal paths and beaches which Cornwall is famous for, Kips Cottage is a great location for a special holiday whatever time of year.
